Our household team includes a professional chef, house keeper and grounds keeper who have been working together for many years enhancing the enjoyment of our guests. Fiona is a chef of 20 years international experience. Prior to taking up residency at La Tuiliere as private chef, she and her partner Nik owned the award winning restaurant, Sahara, in northern New Zealand. Touted as the creators of “some of the best meals you’ll have in NZ” by the Lonely Planet travel guide, Fiona will cater to your personal needs. Provence has the most wonderful ingredients available and all you need to do is decide what you’d like to eat!
